Yoga

What is Yoga?

Yoga means ‘union’ of the body and mind. Yoga balances, harmonises, purifies and strengthens the body, mind and soul. It is a complete system of health leading to physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and is currently being rediscovered by millions who practice it daily around the world. Yoga can be learnt at any age and no previous experience is required. It can be incorporated into any belief system, religion or culture - and is inclusive of all faiths.

Yoga can be a gentle and effective way to alleviate stress and any aches and pains, from headaches to backaches.  It can give you a toned, youthful and healthy body and mind.
Yoga can re-energise you as well as calming your spirit, as you learn how to breathe more effectively, improving the energy flow of your body and improving your posture.

I have been trained in the Sivananda tradition with the Sunra Institute and approved by the Yoga Alliance.
