Janice is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, Imperial College, London and went onto become a qualified HypnoBirthing® practitioner, training with the HypnoBirthing® Institute. Janice is also a qualified yoga teacher having trained in the Sivananda hatha yoga tradition and runs classes in the Croydon area.

Janice first discovered hypnotherapy when she went along with her sister to HypnoBirthing® classes and was taught to use hypnosis on her sister for the
birth of both her nephew and niece. Her sister Julie gave birth to both her son and daughter without the use of drugs and impressed the midwives with the calm atmosphere of the room and the labour itself. After being so impressed with the power of hypnotherapy, she went onto study it herself.

Janice is very passionate about helping to change peoples lives for the better and enable them to reach their goals.
